1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of TV Remote & Mirroring Launcher, including the mobile application, TV remote tools, casting or mirroring-related features, launcher functionality, and related services ("Application"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
2. Application Services
TV Remote & Mirroring Launcher is designed to provide TV remote control, device discovery, screen mirroring or casting-related tools, Wi-Fi or local-network support features, shortcut access, and related utility functions where available on your device and compatible TV or receiver.
Feature availability may depend on your Android version, device hardware, local network, Wi-Fi configuration, TV model, receiver support, granted permissions, and third-party services. The Application does not guarantee compatibility with every television, streaming device, network, or casting protocol.
3. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use the Application only if you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and only in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, network rules, and third-party rights.
4. User Information
If you provide information to us, you agree that it will be accurate, current, and lawful. You are responsible for activity that occurs on your device and for any content, TV, receiver, or network you choose to access through the Application.
5. Mobile Application License
AbuHaibah grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on devices that you own or control for personal, lawful use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, sell, lease, sublicense, exploit, or misuse the Application except where applicable law expressly allows it.
6. Device and Network Compatibility
The Application may need local network access, Wi-Fi state information, multicast support, location permission for nearby Wi-Fi discovery on some Android versions, notifications, vibration, basic device information, and other platform services to operate selected features. Your TV, receiver, mobile device, and network must be configured by you through their own controls.
7. User Conduct
You agree that you will not use the Application to:
- Access, cast to, control, or interfere with a TV, receiver, network, or device without permission.
- Transmit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unsafe content.
- Bypass access controls, interfere with security, disrupt network services, or violate provider rules.
- Use automated means to access the Application in an unauthorized way.
- Misrepresent the Application, AbuHaibah, or any third-party service.
8. Reviews and Feedback
If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, or other contributions, you agree that they will be truthful, based on your own experience, and free from offensive, discriminatory, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content. We may moderate or disregard feedback that violates these guidelines where permitted.
9. Third-Party Services
The Application may rely on third-party services, SDKs, app-store services, advertising services, analytics, crash reporting, cloud messaging, TV or casting protocols, network services, and device manufacturer features. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, compatibility, privacy practices, or terms.
10. Advertising
The Application may display advertisements or promotional content. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party products, services, claims, links, or offers shown in advertisements.
11. Purchases and Subscriptions
If paid features, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases are offered, they are handled through the applicable app store or payment provider. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are subject to that provider's rules. We cannot cancel subscriptions, adjust billing terms, or issue platform-managed refunds on your behalf unless the platform provides a method for us to do so.
12. Availability and Corrections
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible, accurate, or error-free.
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, feature descriptions, availability information, or other content in the Application or related materials at any time.
13. Term and Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the Application. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Application if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Application in a way that may cause harm. You may stop using the Application at any time.
14. Launcher Notice
TV Remote & Mirroring Launcher may include home screen functionality. If a user independently chooses to make the Application the default home app through system-provided controls, the home screen experience may differ, including layout, icons, shortcuts, widgets, search area, app arrangement, or other app access surfaces shown on the device.
Your installed apps, app data, personal files, and local documents remain on your device. The Application does not delete, hide, or control other apps, and it does not require users to manage other apps.
The Application is not designed to direct users to manage other apps or system features. Any default home app or permission control is provided by Android, Google Play, or the device manufacturer.
AbuHaibah cannot manage device-level controls, manage a Google Play account, or cancel Google Play subscriptions on a user's behalf. For default home app, refund, subscription, or device-level controls, please refer to the instructions provided by Google Play, Android, or your device manufacturer.
15. Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, availability, and accuracy.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AbuHaibah will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, device functionality, network availability, casting compatibility, or TV compatibility arising from or related to your use of the Application.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
